Please read the following information carefully:  Walsh Integrated Environmental Systems Inc. ("Walsh") provides this site and any site-related services (collectively, the "site") subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below (the "agreement").  By using the site, you are acknowledging that you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the site.  Walsh may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise this agreement at any time by updating this web page.  By using the site following a modification or revision of this agreement, you are bound by any such modification or revision; accordingly, you should visit this page periodically to review the most current version of this agreement.

1.       The Mobilon is the responsibility of the user.  Mandatory insurance covers damage during shipping only.  All other damage is responsibility of user.

2.       User agrees to $500 deposit on credit card and agrees to pay for any and all Mobilon damages while under users care, costs to be determined by Sharp’s third party repair service within 30 days.

3.       Shipping will be charged to client’s credit card if problems arise with FedEx account number.

4.       License fee covers cost of a single-use audit for one hospital.

5.       Walsh makes no claim to content or recommendations of Walsh Expert System.  User acknowledges that Walsh Expert System contains suggestions for system improvements and environmental initiatives and relieves Walsh of any liability of any type for recommendations made.

6.       All data collected remains the property of Walsh.

7.       We reserve the right to extend or replace the scheduled audit date.

8.       Audit will be available to user for a 6-month period only.  After such time it will be closed and archived.

9.       Walsh and/or its respective suppliers make no representations about the suitability of the information contained in the documents and related graphics published on this server or hardware for any purpose. All such documents and related graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Walsh and/or its respective suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. In no event shall Walsh and/or its respective suppliers be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of information available from this server.
The documents and related graphics published on this server could include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein.
