Walsh Waste Tracker combines Walsh�s services and cutting-edge Walsh Waste Tracker technology to reduce the costs and risks associated with medical waste, trash, and recyclables.

P2 includes each of the following components;

In-service sessions: In-service sessions are the most important venue for getting the P²Program message out. By directly in-servicing Nurses, Lab Techs, OR Techs, Housekeeping personnel and professional staff, Walsh is able to disseminate the proper definitions of medical waste allowing us to promote �Best Practices�.

Walsh�s trained specialists conduct these in-service sessions within your hospital. We combine our expertise with that of your hospital Epidemiology and Infection Control staff to ensure that your RMW management policies are up to date and clear.

Monthly Waste Tracking Service: A critical success factor in improving the quality of your medical waste disposal management system is the regular and detailed auditing of the actual contents of your red bags. This means going and actually looking in these bags to see what�s there; there is just no other way to determine who is misusing the system.
